Ferndale, London – Octave Trust Bank is pleased to announce Guadalupe Lara has been elected to serve as Chairperson of the Board of Directors.  Since joining the Octave Trust Bank Board of Directors, Ms. Lara has served on several committees, including the Compensation Committee and Corporate Governance Committee, where she has led the CEO performance evaluation and Board self-evaluation processes.
